She said journalists need to be aware of the place of development in journalism to achieve sustainable development goals.

Mallam Gimi Head, News and Current Affairs DITV/Alheri Radio commended the efforts of AMDF in bringing up such a wonderful avenue to expose journalists to this aspect of journalism. He said professionals in the field need to share ideas and experiences from time to time to enlighten upcoming journalists.

He also stressed that journalists should be able to bring the people together using their mediums and do away with religious and ethnic issues that will separate and bring chaos among the people, but they should embrace development journalism for the betterment of the nation.
