As Senior Programmes Officer, Joy is responsible for supervising programmes development while working with grant recipients to ensure effective use of the organization’s resources. She coordinates with finance and programmes manager about screening and prioritizing proposals.
Joy assists in training and coaching of colleagues; this supports professional development of programmes associates.
She represents AMDF at various meetings to develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Joy is a Graduate of Mass Communication from Kaduna Polytechnic and has expertise on Gender, Human Rights and Press Freedom.
