DESCRIPTION:The Annual Bagauda Kaltho Media Lecture serves as a significant platform for engaging with the critical and evolving issues that impact media practice across Africa. It provides a reflective space for media professionals\, academics\, policymakers\, and civil society to examine the media’s role in shaping and sustaining democratic ideals on the continent. \nOrganized by the Africa Media Development Foundation (AMDF)\, the Lecture Series is envisioned as a growing compendium of thought leadership and dialogue.
