The United Nations Foundation is accepting applications for a press fellowship focusing on polio eradication, and Journalists who are interested in covering public health issues can apply.

During the week of July 22, journalists will travel to Nigeria to have direct access to experts and communities to foster a deeper understanding of efforts to eradicate one of the world’s most contagious diseases.

Journalists from all countries are encouraged to apply. Five fellows will be selected.

The deadline is May 13.
